Erin Bledsoe

Erin Bledsoe is the Founder and Principal Consultant at E. Bledsoe Consulting LLC, with over 20 years of diverse experience in private and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as Lead Consultant for the Workforce Innovation Center at The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Erin partners with business leaders to implement inclusive workplace practices. As a Faculty Member and Advisor at the Talent Magnet Institute, Erin focuses on holistic business and talent strategy alignment. Previous roles at Teach For America include Executive Talent Recruiter and Senior Managing Director, where Erin consistently exceeded diversity goals and improved staff retention rates. Erin also held a managerial position at Cato Corporation, driving significant sales and profit margin growth. Erin holds a Master of Education from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington.
