Rosa Santana has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Rosa started their career in 1981 as Vice President & Group Director at Kelly Staff Leasing and then served as Vice President at Kelly Services, Inc. Rosa later worked as Senior Vice President - Southwest Zone at Westaff, Inc. In 2002, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Santana Group, Integrated Human Capital, and Workforce Management, providing outsourcing solutions, staffing, and workforce solutions. In 2009, they joined Diversa as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2014, they took on the roles of Chief Executive Officer & President at Forma Automotive and Oveana, where they provided automotive assembly and outsourcing services. Throughout their career, Rosa Santana has consistently held high-level executive positions and demonstrated expertise in various industries.
