Keely Schneider

Executive Director at Workforce Partnership Kansas City

Keely Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. KEELY began their career as an attorney at Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP and later worked at Fleming & Ray. In 1999, they transitioned to project management at GS Consulting, Inc. and later became a sales representative and project manager at Crestwood Condominiums. In 2008, they entered the non-profit sector as the development director for Gordon Parks Elementary School. In 2013, they joined the Child Protection Center as the development director before becoming the associate director at The Civic Council of Greater Kansas City, where they directed human capital development initiatives. Since 2016, they have served as the executive director for Workforce Partnership Kansas City, overseeing workforce development programs for adults and youth.

Keely Schneider obtained a J.D. degree cum laude in law from The University of Georgia from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they received a B.A. magna cum laude in political science from Davidson College from 1987 to 1991. KEELY also holds additional certifications such as the Nationally Certified Work Ethic Trainer from The Center for Work Ethic Development (obtained in 2017) and a Business Accounting Certificate from Johnson County Community College (obtained in 2015).
