Neila Radin

Neila Radin is an accomplished legal and governance professional with extensive experience in board membership and corporate law. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee at Salisbury Bancorp, Inc., Neila Radin is also a Co-Chair of the Vassar Lifelong Learning Institute and a member of the Board of Directors for the Workforce Professionals Training Institute, where responsibilities include chairing the Governance Committee. Previously, Neila Radin held the position of General Counsel for Corporate Law at JPMorganChase from June 1986 to November 2019. Academically, Neila Radin earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. (magna cum laude) from New York University.
