Governance and Compliance

The Governance and Compliance team at Workforce Safety & Insurance is responsible for ensuring that the agency adheres to regulatory standards and best practices in its administration of the workers' compensation system. This team, comprised of board members and representatives from both employers and organized labor, provides oversight, develops policies, and ensures transparency in operations, ultimately promoting a fair and effective workers' compensation framework in North Dakota.
