Currently serving as a Board Member for Workforce Singapore, the Human Capital Leadership Institute, and Singapore Management University - School of Accountancy, Chin Yin Ong also holds the position of HR Committee Member at Assisi Hospice and Chief People Officer for Grab, overseeing people management, security, and systems since 2015. Previous roles include Regional HR Director for DXC Technology and Head of HR for Orange Business Services in the Asia Pacific region, among others.
