Ton Nguyen serves as the Youth Initiatives Manager at Workforce Snohomish, focusing on managing federal and non-federal contracts to provide quality services to over 300 opportunity youth and young adults seeking their GED and employment annually. Previously, Ton held positions at Housing Hope, initially as an Employment Specialist for a teen homeless housing site, where the goal was to assist young individuals in achieving self-sufficiency. After six months, Ton was promoted to the EduPloyment Program Coordinator, responsible for implementing a new program targeting low income and homeless individuals for careers in demand industries. Prior to this, Ton managed the Safe Futures Youth Center, significantly increasing participation in the After School Program. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Washington Bothell and an Associate’s Degree in Biology from Edmonds College.
