Emilie Young

Emilie Young has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Student Worker at Texas A&M University-Commerce. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer Co Op at L3Harris Technologies. Emilie then progressed to the role of Associate Software Engineer, where they completed the initial configuration of new platforms and developed a service to support new hardware. Emilie went on to become a Senior Associate Software Engineer, collaborating with other engineers on development roadmaps and ensuring the quality of software solutions. In 2020, they took on a Specialist Software Engineer role, managing a team and delivering multiple software platforms. Most recently, Emilie joined WorkForce Software as a Software Development Team Lead in 2022.

Emilie Young received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Commerce, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In May 2018, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
