Delfina Salas

Delfina Salas currently serves as the Secretary for the Board of Directors at Luminary Ministries, beginning in October 2023, where the focus is on positively impacting youth in San Antonio. Prior to this role, Delfina worked at Charter Communications from June 2023 to June 2024 in a Business-to-Business capacity, and at C2 Global Professional Services, LLC from November 2021 to June 2023, handling contract recruitment for special projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Yard Marshal at Amazon (August 2018 - March 2021), a City Carrier Assistant at USPS OIG (December 2016 - August 2018), and a Probation Officer at Chaves County Courts (August 2012 - December 2016). Delfina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2008 and 2013.
