Gabriela Gutierrez has extensive experience in workforce development and human resources, currently serving as a Trainer and Workforce Employment Specialist with Workforce Solutions Borderplex since February 2016. Gabriela has held various roles within this organization, including Business Services Recruiter and Employment Specialist since 2011. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Representative at North American Mailing Services and a Staffing Specialist at Manpower Office Professionals. We administer a broad range of programs and services to effectively assist various job seeker populations to effectively address local workforce issues. Workforce Solutions establishes partnerships with various stakeholders to improve education, employment, and economic development. Our organization and its initiatives have been recognized and awarded by the Texas Workforce Commission for our innovative approach to assisting employers and job seekers.
