Amber Warne serves as the Senior Director of Business Engagement at Workforce Solutions Capital Area since September 2018, where relationship-building with area employers and leading business engagement strategies under the Hire Local Plan are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Director of Upskilling and Advancement, focusing on addressing skill gaps and expanding workforce development programs in various industries, and Business Support Coordinator, with a focus on labor market analysis and event coordination. Amber's earlier experience includes managing management information systems and program coordination at Tucson Youth Development from 2011 to 2018. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
