Michelle Stanfield has a diverse work experience. Michelle started their career in 2004 as a Learning Impaired Education and Training Tech at the Department of Defense Education Activity, where they worked until 2009. In 2015, they joined Workforce Solutions of Central Texas as a Workforce Specialist/Team Lead and later became a Business Services Specialist in November 2019. Additionally, they worked as an English Second Language Instructor at Temple College from July 2019 to December 2020.
Michelle Stanfield has a diverse education history. Michelle achieved a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources from Texas A&M University–Central Texas. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Services/Social Work, earning Cum Laude Honors from Columbia College. Michelle also obtained an Associate Professional in Human Resources Certificate from Syracuse University.
In addition to their academic achievements, Michelle earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Central Texas College. Michelle also pursued studies in Elementary Education/Special Education at Universidad de Puerto Rico.
Furthermore, Michelle has obtained additional certifications throughout their career. Michelle completed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate program offered by USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Michelle also holds a Case Management CMCP certification from WORKFORCE180, LLC.
