Shileen Lee

Shileen Lee is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at Workforce Solutions of the Coastal Bend since January 2018, Shileen has previously held positions such as Finance Director at SMG from October 2016 to January 2018, and Assistant Warden of Finance & Administration at The GEO Group, Inc. from May 2015 to October 2016. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Halliburton as Accounting Supervisor, where responsibilities spanned accounts payable, asset accounting, and general accounting. Shileen began the career at Red River Technology Center as Secretary.
