Divya Bansal

Divya Bansal has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Divya is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Workhuman since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Eaton from March 2020 to June 2022 as a Software Engineering Manager. Divya also worked at Accenture as a Manager from January 2017 to August 2019, where they managed client delivery and operations in digital transition projects. Before that, they worked at Sogeti from April 2014 to December 2016 as a Manager/Engagement lead, where they managed various project requirements and implemented agile methodologies. Divya also worked at SYNCREON from December 2012 to April 2014 as a Lead Engineer, overseeing testing activities and managing resources. Divya began their career at SAP as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2007 to April 2012, where they gained expertise in object-oriented programming and worked in various roles like developer, quality assurance, and continuous improvement specialist. In addition, Divya has experience working as a freelance consultant, analyzing system specifications and participating in SAP standard development.

Divya Bansal obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from India, from the years 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications:

- In June 2011, Divya obtained the ISTQB Foundation certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.

- In January 2012, they received certification as a Certified SAP Quality Engineer from SAP.

- In June 2015, they obtained the PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certification from Scrum.org.

- Lastly, in August 2022, Divya obtained a certification in Difficult Conversations: Talking about Race at Work from LinkedIn.
