Jason Gori

Jason Gori has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and data industry. Jason is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Workhuman starting from June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as the Senior Data Products Director from February 2018 to June 2021. During their time at Liberty Mutual, Jason had additional roles including Director II, Senior Product Manager, Data Platforms and helped lead the Agile Transformation and formation of the new GRM Data Office.

Before joining Liberty Mutual, Jason worked at Fidelity Investments. From August 2017 to February 2018, they served as the Director of Data Science, People Analytics, where they used statistical analysis and introduced machine learning to drive insights related to Fidelity's employee population. Jason also held the position of Director, Compensation Analysis from January 2017 to January 2018.

Prior to their roles in data and analytics, Jason worked at Fidelity Investments as a Principal Data Analyst and Big Data Engineer from May 2011 to April 2016. Jason also served as a Principal Web Developer/Software Engineer from May 2005 to May 2011. Additionally, they worked at Hussey Seating Company as a Senior Systems Analyst from July 2004 to May 2005, and as a Software Developer at Fidelity Investments from 2003 to 2004.

Jason Gori earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UMass Boston, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued Chemical Engineering at the University of Maine from 1995 to 1997. Later, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Advanced Analytics/Data Science from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their studies in 2016.
