Melanie Schrems is a seasoned consultant at Workhuman, where since August 2013, the focus has been on fostering workplace culture and promoting recognition and performance management. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Specialist at Swarovski, creating employee engagement programs and community relations initiatives, and serving as Internal Firm Services Coordinator at PwC, supervising a team and managing various projects. Additionally, Melanie held the position of Internal Communications Manager at MFS Investment Management, responsible for corporate communications, and Project Leader at Putnam Investments, overseeing intranet operations and communication strategies. Melanie holds a BS in Communications/Public Relations from Suffolk University.
