Rachel Fetchko

Senior Human Experience Program Manager at Workhuman

Rachel Fetchko has extensive experience in customer success and employee recognition program management. Rachel began their career as a Customer Success Coordinator at Workhuman in January 2018. Rachel quickly progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Manager. In June 2021, they became a Senior Customer Success Manager and later a Customer Success Team Lead. In October 2022, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Customer Success. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Employee Recognition Program Manager at Workhuman, starting in July 2023. Prior to joining Workhuman, Rachel worked at 2020 On-site as a Senior Customer Success Associate and Customer Success- ATL, CHI from May 2017 to January 2018.

Rachel Fetchko attended York College of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Advertising. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in October 2020.
