Richard Maclachlan has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Richard is currently serving as the SVP, Global Head of Marketing at Workhuman, where they oversee various functions including product marketing, growth marketing, customer marketing, and digital marketing. Prior to this, they were the VP, Brand at Workhuman and the Vice President, Strategy and Cross-Portfolio Marketing.

Before joining Workhuman, Richard worked at LogMeIn as the Director, Brand Marketing and Strategy. Richard played a key role in developing the brand strategy and activation framework for LogMeIn's corporate brand and GoTo portfolio brand. Richard also led the digital platform strategy and go-to-market campaign planning.

Earlier in their career, Richard worked at Havas Media Group as the Vice President, Client Service & Head of Growth. Richard established and led a sports and entertainment marketing consultancy, successfully developing marketing campaigns for high-profile brands. At ignition inc., they served as the Global Group Brand Director and Senior Brand Manager, working on projects for Coca-Cola and Adidas.

Richard also has experience as a Project Manager at Primedia Broadcasting, where they coordinated and executed brand activation programs for international FIFA events.

Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive successful marketing initiatives.

Richard Maclachlan has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and another Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business from Saint Leo University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Content Marketing Certification from HubSpot in January 2021, Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in December 2020, Advanced Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in July 2019, and Google Display & Video 360 Certification from Google in February 2021. It is unknown whether Richard Maclachlan has obtained the Google Campaign Manager Certification.
