Robyn MacDougall

Manager, Customer Success at Workhuman

Robyn MacDougall has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Robyn started their career at Public Consulting Group in 2013, working as a Systems Administrator until 2014. Robyn then moved on to McGladrey, where they worked as an Associate Technology Consulting from 2014 to 2015. Following this, they joined State Street in 2015 as a Business Analyst, AVP and later transitioned to the role of Project Analyst, AVP from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Workhuman as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in 2022. At Workhuman, they manage enterprise accounts, maintains long-term client relationships, and identifies opportunities to up-sell and grow client programs.

From 2008 to 2012, Robyn MacDougall attended Bryant University. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance and a minor in French.
