Tiffany Steinke has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Tiffany first started their career as a Marketing Intern at Trinity Repertory Company in 2006. From there, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Katz Media Group, supporting Account Executives with radio airtime sales. Tiffany then joined Broadway in Boston as a Marketing Associate, where they handled various advertising and marketing tasks.

In 2009, Tiffany became an Account Executive at Metro Boston, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they built strong relationships with clients and managed their accounts. In 2013, they transitioned to New Venture Media Group as an Account Executive, focusing on marketing, publishing, and theatrical services.

Tiffany joined TapClicks in 2014 as a Customer Success Manager, where they played a pivotal role in providing marketing technology solutions to agencies, brands, and media companies. Tiffany was responsible for sales enablement, workflow management, analytics, and reporting.

In 2017, Tiffany started working at Workhuman as a Customer Success Manager, contributing to the company's rapid growth in integrated social recognition and performance management. Tiffany later took on the role of Manager, Customer Success Training and Enablement, leading the training and enablement initiatives for the customer success team.

Tiffany Steinke (She/her) attended Duxbury High School from 1998 to 2002. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from Gettysburg College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Tiffany obtained a Workhuman Certified Professional certification from Workhuman in October 2020, and they went on to receive an Association for Talent Development (ATD) Master Trainer™ certification from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in October 2022.
