Gustavo Seoane

Gustavo Seoane has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Gustavo worked at Workia Solutions from 2019 to the present, starting as a Project Manager and later becoming a Strategic Officer. In their role as Project Manager, they ensured the successful completion of assigned projects according to scope, time, and cost requirements.

Prior to that, Gustavo worked at Grupo DAGMA from 2015 to 2019 as the Chief Corporate Compensation and Benefits Officer. Gustavo was responsible for managing the compensation of 15 companies with over 5,500 employees in diverse industries such as entertainment, energy, agroindustries, technology, and consumer goods.

Before joining Grupo DAGMA, Gustavo had a decade-long tenure at Casino Buenos Aires. Gustavo held various roles, including Coordinator of Compensation and Benefits, Analyst of Compensation, and Payroll Processor.
