Darshana Gogoi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing employee life cycles and enhancing employee experiences across various organizations. Currently serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at WorkIndia since February 2021, Darshana oversees a workforce of over 700 employees, focusing on people management, process planning, and the implementation of automation initiatives. Previously, Darshana worked as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter at Cure.Fit, specializing in bulk and strategic hiring for niche skills, and as a Human Resources Analyst at Redcan, where responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and policy drafting. Darshana holds multiple degrees, including a PGPM in Human Resources Management from the National School of Business and an MBA from the University of Mysore, complementing a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Delhi University.
