Core Network Engineer at Working Group Two

Nicholas Hatswell has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Nicholas started their career at Bell in 2008 as a co-op student and progressed to various roles, including Network Surveillance Technician and Incident Management Specialist. In these roles, they monitored alarms on the wireless network, troubleshooted and dispatched technicians to resolve outages. From 2011 to 2012, Nicholas held the position of Technical Prime, where they wrote procedures and trained technicians on the technology they monitored. Nicholas then became a Core Data Operations Technician from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they supported the IMS core network and conducted packet captures and KPI reports to maintain the network's performance. From 2016 to 2018, Nicholas served as an IMS Network Specialist, primarily supporting the VoLTE voice service. Nicholas joined Iristel in 2018 as a Wireless Core Specialist and worked there until 2020. Currently, Nicholas is a Core Network Engineer at Working Group Two.

Nicholas Hatswell pursued their education in the field of technology and telecommunications. From 2003 to 2006, they attended Humber College and obtained a degree as a Technologist, specializing in wireless and telecommunications. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Ryerson University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in IT Management, focusing on Network Infrastructure.
