Tena Latona

Tena Latona currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Working in the Schools (WITS), overseeing development and communication initiatives with a $2 million yearly budget and coordinating volunteer program delivery to 80 Chicago elementary schools in partnership with 70 organizations. Previously, Tena held the position of Chief Development Officer at WITS, focusing on development and communication strategies. Experience also includes serving as Regional Director at Up2Us, managing operations and strategy in the Chicago region, and as Director of Team in Training at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, responsible for revenue development.
