Andrea Cousins

Andrea Cousins is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in nonprofit organizations and campaign management. Currently serving as the Development Director at Working Partnerships USA since September 2018, Andrea has also held significant positions including Director of Annual Giving at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and Development Director roles at various organizations such as the East Bay Alliance for a Sustainable Economy, Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, and Mission Housing Development Corporation. Additional experience includes serving as Campaign Coordinator for Carlos Romero for San Mateo County Supervisor and Finance and Major Gifts Director at Race Forward. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and has completed project management coursework at UC Berkeley Extension, alongside a WPI Fellowship from the California Women's Foundation.
