Jeffrey Buchanan

Jeffrey Buchanan is an experienced policy and public affairs leader, currently serving as the Managing Director at Working Partnerships USA since December 2016, overseeing research, policy, and communications departments. Buchanan also holds positions as a School Board Trustee for Luther Burbank School District and Chair of the Community Stabilization and Opportunity Pathways Fund Commission for the City of San José, where efforts include managing a $154 million community benefits fund related to Google's Downtown West project. Previously, Buchanan served as a Senior Domestic Policy Advisor at Oxfam America, focusing on building coalitions and engaging with government officials, and as an Information Officer at the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, leading advocacy efforts for human rights initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University.
