Dr. Julie Hooten

Dr. Julie Hooten is an experienced education professional currently serving as an Education and Development Specialist at Working Solutions since August 2022. With a strong background in special education, Dr. Hooten has held various teaching and administrative roles, including Special Education Teacher at Rusk ISD and Vernon Parish School Board, and Behavior Strategist at Rapides Parish Board of Education.
