Alex Swaroff

Alex Swaroff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in multimedia production and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Creative Producer at Workiva since November 2015, Alex specializes in creating e-learning courses that educate both internal employees and external clients on the Wdesk application, employing videos, motion graphics, and adult learning principles. Prior to Workiva, Alex contributed as a Media Specialist/Instructional Designer at Environmental Health and Safety at Iowa State University, where responsibilities included developing safety courses, creating promotional videos, and managing social media. Additional experience includes production roles at Ames Channel 12 and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources, as well as a production team member with the Iowa Cubs. Alex holds degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication, English, Cinema, and Media from Iowa State University and the University of Iowa.
