Erin Koerpel

Erin (Johnson) Koerpel is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer experience and insights. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager at Workiva since September 2022, Erin previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Tornado, where a comprehensive customer experience team was built from scratch. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Insights Program Manager at Aspiration, where Erin designed impactful projects focused on customer and brand experiences, and as Learning and Development Manager, developing training materials and onboarding programs. Additional experience includes working as a Casting Assistant at Delisi Creative. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Montana.
