Jefferson Gostele

Jefferson Gostele has extensive experience in client services, particularly within the Financial Services sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client Services at Workiva since June 2012, Jefferson manages a team of Solutions Architects focusing on strategic implementation services, specializing in Regulated Risk and Statutory Reporting. Previous roles at Workiva include Solutions Architect, Trial Program Coordinator, and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing customized solutions, engaging customers, and ensuring satisfaction. Prior to Workiva, Jefferson held positions at Sony Electronics as Assistant Manager, MSDSonline as Inside Sales, and the Des Moines Radio Group as Promotions Director. Jefferson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV Broadcast Production from Drake University.
