Lauren Cheetham

Lauren Cheetham is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager at Workiva since August 2018, where the focus is on enhancing data collaboration and compliance through the Wdesk platform. Previous roles include Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Zenefits from June 2015 to July 2018, where the emphasis was on delivering a comprehensive HR platform. Earlier experience also includes positions as Associate Benefits Advisor at francesca’s® and various roles at Oregano's Pizza Bistro. Lauren began her career with an internship at the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included event management and marketing support. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Northern Arizona University.
