Toni Muhlbauer

Toni Muhlbauer is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with significant experience at Workiva since December 2013, where Toni currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, leading a team of recruiters and university relations consultants in the Technology, Services, and Customer Success departments. Prior to Workiva, Toni held various roles at GuideOne Insurance from June 2012 to December 2013, including HR Business Partner and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Toni began a career in human resources with an HR Coordinator position after completing an internship at the Young Women's Resource Center, focusing on mentoring young girls. Toni holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Human Resources Management from Iowa State University, obtained in 2012.
