Yael Phillips

Yael Phillips is the current Head of HR at Workiz. Prior to this, they served as the People Business Partner at Sisense from July 2019 to July 2021. From January 2018 to July 2019, they were the HR Manager at ADAMA Ltd. From December 2014 to January 2018, they served as the OD & Learning Business Partner at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD. From October 2012 to October 2015, they were a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at The College of Management Academic Studies. From November 2011 to November 2014, they worked as an HR Recruiter at Visa CAL Israel (ICC). And finally, from October 2010 to November 2011, they worked as a Diagnostician and Interviewer at Pilat HR. In this role, they conducted one-on-one interviews and wrote expert opinions for senior management positions. Yael also authored diagnostic files and managed customer relationships.

Yael Phillips has a B.A in philosophy from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.B.A with a major in management and HR consulting from The College of Management Academic Studies, and a group facilitation diploma in social sciences from Tel Aviv University.
