Diana Griffin has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry and related fields. Diana began their career as a Page at the New York Public Library, where they handled various tasks related to library operations. In 2012, Diana joined Story To College, where they had a multifaceted role in sales, marketing, and operations. Diana managed workshops, handled sales and marketing initiatives, and oversaw employee payroll and reimbursements.

Diana's next role was at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. as a Trade Publicity Intern, where they provided marketing support to authors and assisted in creating press kits.

Diana then worked as an Intern at Planned Television Arts, where they focused on writing and editing client updates, email pitches, and one-sheets. Diana also built an online community for an author and reached out to bloggers for blog placements.
