Marilyn Barnett

Marilyn Barnett has extensive work experience in the gift industry. Marilyn started their career as the Owner of Marilyn Barnett Inc, a representative business in NYC, where they represented various gift lines and publishers. Later, they founded Marilyn Barnett Seminars, where they traveled to many representative firms in the gift industry, holding seminars for reps on selling, organization, promotions, and more. Marilyn then worked as the Divisional Merchandise Manager at California Marketing Associates, where they worked with reps in the Lifestyle Division and trained new reps. Currently, they are the Director of Gift Sales at Workman Publishing.

Marilyn Barnett completed their B.S. in Industrial Design from the University of the Arts, attending from 1964 to 1968. Prior to their university education, they attended William Penn High School, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
