Kathryn Ardell

Kathryn Ardell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client implementation and support roles at WorkMarket, an ADP company, since November 2013. In the capacity of Senior Implementation Consultant, Kathryn excels in managing new client implementations and developing training for internal teams. Previous positions include Implementation Manager, where responsibilities involved onboarding new enterprise customers and standardizing program processes; Client Service Team Leader, overseeing a team of remote support agents; Client Service Representative, managing user inquiries; and On Demand User Acquisition Specialist, focused on recruiting new users for the platform.
