Karim Zaghloul

Karim Zaghloul is the Co-Founder and Head of Product & Tech at WorkMotion. Karim has over 15 years of experience in product management and has held leadership positions at GetHalal, Flightright, and LYKE - Global Mobile Marketplace Services. At WorkMotion, Karim is responsible for leading the product team and setting the product roadmap. Karim is also responsible for managing the budget and overseeing marketing activities. Prior to WorkMotion, Karim was the Chief Product Officer at Flightright, where they were responsible for setting up the company vision with C-levels and ensuring clear communication to the team. Karim also built up team motivation and set up company culture. At LYKE - Global Mobile Marketplace Services, Karim was responsible for setting up the product roadmap with the product team to align with company set goals. Karim also conducted employee reviews and frequent 1on1s, and set up employees' future career goals within the company.

Karim Zaghloul received their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University. Karim also attended El Nasr English Boys Private School for High School, where they studied mathematics and computer science.
