Jane Hallas has extensive work experience in the field of employment law and HR. Jane started their career as a Senior Lecturer in Law at NEWI in 1996 and then moved on to become a Company Director at Emplaw Limited in 2000. After a year, they joined Azitis as a Company Director until 2005. During this time, they also worked as an Employment Tribunal Member at HM Courts & Tribunals Service. From 2005 to 2008, Jane served as a Company Director at equalta, where they provided employment law consultation services to universities and PLCs. Jane also worked with the Welsh Assembly Government on diversity projects.
