Jessica Montgomery

Jessica Montgomery has extensive experience in employment, training services, and education, currently serving as County Coordinator at WorkOne Central since October 2014. In this role, Jessica oversees daily operations and delivers various employment and training services to WIOA customers and the business community. Previously, Jessica held positions as a Youth Career Services Advisor and Youth Employment Training Specialist at WorkOne Central, guiding young individuals in employment and educational pursuits. Additionally, Jessica worked as an Education Consultant at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, focusing on IT training and career development. Earlier roles include providing behavioral therapy at the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism, case management at Families First IN, and teaching at KinderCare. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
