Marlon Lacasa

Marlon Lacasa possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Shop Manager at Workover Solutions since February 2021, Marlon previously held the position of Operations Manager at Prime Downhole Manufacturing LLC from February 2019 to February 2021 and at Rival Downhole Tools from March 2018 to February 2019. Marlon's earlier experience includes Operations Manager at Ashmin LC from June 2013 to February 2019, and R & M Manager / LEAN Site Champion at Schlumberger from August 2010 to May 2013. Marlon began a career in workshop management as Workshop Foreman and previously held various roles from Mechanical Technician I to Sr. at Smith International from 2006 until August 2010. Marlon completed education at Texas Tech University from 2012 to 2014, along with studies at Lone Star College and Houston Community College.
