Courtney Thomas

Courtney Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in bid management and project administration. Currently serving as the Head of Bid Management at WorkPac since January 2019, Courtney plays a pivotal role in the company's bidding operations, collaborating closely with sales leads and leadership. Previously, Courtney held positions as National Manager - Bids & Proposals at Iplex Pipelines and Project Initiation Officer within its National Projects Team, where substantial contributions were made to major supply opportunities. Earlier career experiences include Project Administrator at Velseis, overseeing project documentation and stakeholder communications, as well as a technical apprenticeship at Seismic Asia Pacific, recognized as Engineering Apprentice of the Month in April 2006.
