Shelley Jeffcoat

Shelley Jeffcoat serves as the Head of Employer Brand and Corporate Social Media at LexisNexis Risk Solutions, where responsibilities include leading global employer branding initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and managing corporate social media impact. Previously, as Director of Employer Brand, Shelley developed strategies for multiple corporate brands and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive organizational transformation. Shelley is also the CEO and Founder of Learn Coach Model Group, focusing on building brands for veteran job seekers and small business owners, and is actively involved as a public speaker with Grace and Grit Media LLC. Additional roles include Advisory Board Member at Parade Deck, Workplace Accelerator Mentor, and previous positions at Micro Focus, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and BellSouth, along with teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor. Shelley holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from Strayer University.
