Recent roles include Head of Professional Services at 9X5 Consulting, where Tamba led IT services consulting, and Principal at Sirius People, specializing in hiring for senior appointments and software engineering. Previous experience includes managing Command Group’s Technology Division and establishing an IT recruitment brand at Peopletech, alongside early career involvement as a Squash Pro & Coach at Geelong Lawn Tennis Club & Squash Victoria. The Workplace Accelerator is the only global HR Tech & Work Tech dedicated programme focused on shaping how the world works. This is all supported with investment, networking and peer to peer support specifically designed for HR Tech Ventures focused within their specific regions.
