Natalie Wilkie

Natalie Wilkie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational development, psychotherapy, and innovation. Currently serving as an Organisational Development Specialist at Workplace Innovation Europe CLG since December 2018, Natalie is also the Founder of Elephants in the Room and has been in private practice as a BACP Accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist since December 2012. Previous roles include a consultant specializing in innovation and creative facilitation, an Organisational Development Consultant at the Met Office, and various positions in marketing and psychotherapy within the NHS and other organizations. Natalie holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent's University London and a BA Honours in Art History from The University of Nottingham.
