Alba Vilas Giménez

Alba Vilas Giménez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alba started their career as an Ecommerce Analyst at Brandlive in 2018, where they focused on website optimization, stock analysis, customer reports, and implementing strategies to reduce customer return rates. Alba then transitioned to a Sales Associate role at MANGO in 2019, where they worked until 2020. At MANGO, they gained experience in customer service and sales. Alba joined Golden Goose in 2020 as a Sales Associate, and later became a Sneaker Maker in 2021. Their responsibilities included sales and contributing to the production of sneakers. Currently, they work as a Global Recruitment Specialist at Workplace Options, where they manage the full-cycle recruitment process, networks with potential hires, screens resumes, and provides onboarding and support for providers. Alba also handles EAP case management and researches licensing and insurance requirements.

Alba Vilas Giménez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya from the years 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued an IB Bilingual Diploma in Spanish and English at the International Baccalaureate from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their education, from 2009 to 2014, Alba completed their Bachillerato degree at Islands International School.
