Brittany Thompson

Brittany Thompson, MS, LCMHC, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical outreach and care coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Outreach and Care Coordination at Workplace Options since January 2018, Brittany has progressed through multiple roles including Clinical Outreach Manager, Clinical Team Lead, and EAP Counselor/Incident Manager. Key responsibilities involve providing telephonic counseling, crisis management, and upholding ethical standards in service delivery. Prior experience includes working as an Outpatient Therapist Intern at Freedom House Recovery Center, facilitating substance abuse therapy groups and conducting clinical assessments, as well as serving as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Student Conduct & Behavior at North Carolina A&T State University. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
