Darrell Shipley

Darrell oversees the Global Service Delivery divisions for all of WPO's international service centers and a global staff of 750+ employees. He has been with WPO for 21 years holding positions as SVP Global Service Delivery, and Director of Service Delivery. His mission to "First Serve the Customer" drives the strategic vision for continuous quality. process, and productivity efficiency that has enabled WPO to scale and meet the growing needs of the clients. Darrell holds a B.S. degree in marketing from Penn State University.
