Diana Kraszewska Rodrigues

Diana Kraszewska Rodrigues has a diverse range of work experience. Diana started their career in 2009 as an Interviewer with Scientists during an academic traineeship at the University of Wroclaw. Diana then worked as an Assistant Nurse-Trainee at the Municipal Social Services Center in Wroclaw for a brief period.

In 2013, Diana took on the role of Polish Growth Manager at Chilltime, where they were responsible for managing growth initiatives. Diana also worked as a Collaborator at SpringEvents, fulfilling various roles including Hostess, Animator, and Receptionist.

Diana joined Workplace Options in 2014 as a Clinical Referral Specialist, where they assisted the counseling team in matching clients with suitable providers. Diana then held the position of Legal PR Referral Specialist, where they matched clients' preferences with Legal In Network Providers to enhance their recruitment skills. Diana later became a Global Recruitment Specialist, handling recruitment responsibilities for the company.

In 2021, they were promoted to Global Recruitment Team Lead at Workplace Options, overseeing the team and managing caseloads for One Time Case Agreements. Diana also generated daily reports based on these agreements.

Currently, Diana is working as an NAS Provider Relations Account Manager at Workplace Options, where they design and runs reports to monitor provider satisfaction. Diana also focuses on improving provider experience and acts as an advocate for providers when issues arise, working with different departments to find prompt and fair solutions.

Throughout their career, Diana has exhibited strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in fast-paced and team-oriented environments. Diana has gained valuable experience in database management, case management, and maintaining confidentiality.

Diana Kraszewska Rodrigues obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wroclaw, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa / ISCTE.
