Jean McGraw, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience background. Jean started their career as a Sailing Counselor at Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer from April 2005 to January 2008. Following this, they worked as a Catering Production Assistant & Intern at Scarborough Fare Catering from February 2011 to March 2013. In May 2013, they briefly worked as a Nanny at Trio Nanny Agency before joining Workplace Options. At Workplace Options, Jean held various roles including Work-Life Consultant from August 2013 to June 2015, Talent Acquisition Specialist from June 2015 to June 2017, Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist from May 2017 to January 2018, and Global Human Resources Manager from January 2018 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources, Americas at Workplace Options, which they assumed in January 2021.
