Sharon Huang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sharon began their career in 2005 at Air Liquide, where they held multiple roles including Research and Development Engineer, Project Manager & Business Analyst, and Product and Business Manager. Sharon then interned as a Pastry intern at Le Meurice, Des Gâteaux et du Pain, L’Éclair de Génie from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Sharon worked as a Book Author at Taiya Publishing. In 2020, they joined Workplace Options as a Global Mental Health Recruitment Specialist, and in 2021, they transitioned to the role of Product Manager.
Sharon Huang obtained a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University. Following this, they attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris from 2014 to 2015 and received a Diploma of Pastry, specializing in French Pastries. In July 2017, they obtained the CAP Pâtissier certification from the Ministry of National Education in France.
